Gratitude Gratitude is an art of painting an adversity into a lovely picture.
It’s easy to be grateful when our lives go well. The rewards of gratitude however often manifest themselves from our misfortune. Gratitude helps us look on the bright side. It allows us to see the glass half full. If practiced often it cultivates within us a sense of knowing that there must be a reason for the negative experience we’ve just had. We may not see it at first but if we look carefully we will truly understand that we learn the most from adversity. When you are in a state of real gratitude your vibrational energy is raised to a level where you will begin to attract to you what you truly desire. We all have something to offer the world. Sometimes we forget and think we are useless at everything and unloveable. If this is you then try being kinder to yourself. Think about or better still write down all the qualities you possess and twenty things that you have achieved, no matter how small. Then say thank you for each one of them. So many of the good things that we do go unnoticed as we focus on our faults. It really is true that what we focus on grows. You have a choice which seeds to plant in your mind garden. Why not plant healthy ones and water them with gratitude. Your life will grow in so many positive ways.
