They will will include confidence building techniques which when practiced on a regular basis will move you forward for a more confident you.

We offer personalised affirmations which when practiced each day for 21 days will allow you to acheive a more positive perspective.

We also encourage email and phone between session 'check-ins' to further support your progress.
